We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This position involves working with diverse clients to provide individual therapy, group therapy, and comprehensive psychological assessments. The psychologist will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their mental health goals through tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, specializing in CBT and/or DBT, to individuals, couples, and groups.
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
* Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to meet client needs and goals.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure coordinated care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
* Stay current with advancements in psychological research and integrate findings into practice.
* Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary.

*Requirements:*
* Education: PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology
* Licensure: Must be a fully licensed psychologist in NY.
* Experience: Demonstrated experience and expertise in CBT and/or DBT therapy.
* Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
* Other: Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and professional development.

_Please note- The annual base salary range is $120k to $180k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer._
