This firm is one of those rare finds with incredibly low turnover – chances are, you haven’t seen an advert for them in the past 5+ years because their team just doesn’t leave.

During tax season, the hours are reasonable at around 55 per week, meaning their staff avoid the burnout that’s a big factor in movement for people leaving for industry. The only exception is in the last week before the deadline, when hours can peak to 60-65 for a brief stretch (just the 5-7 days leading up to the deadline).

Looking ahead, the firm is expanding. With an exciting new partnership that happened in 2024 there are a lot of client referrals coming in 2025

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you’ll get every other Friday off, meaning a 32-hour work week for a perfect summer balance.

*Your Role:*
* Primarily working with 1120s, S Corps, and complex Partnerships + 1040s
* Preparation and Reviewing
* General Accounting and Bookkeeping for clients
