*LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:*

· Currently holds an active LPN License to work in Pennsylvania.

· At least 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

· Must have knowledge of PCC.

· CPR/BLS Certified

· Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility

· Ability to communicate effectively.

· Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency.

· Reliable transportation to worksite location

Alternate weekend availability required.
