We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Program Director to lead our client’s behavioral health and clinical services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Clinical Program Director will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic programs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and oversee clinical programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Supervise and support a team of clinicians, including therapists, case managers, and behavioral specialists.
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.
* Provide direct clinical services as needed, including assessments, crisis intervention, and therapeutic interventions.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans.
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
* Facilitate staff training and professional development opportunities.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of clinical outcomes.
* Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
*Requirements:*
* Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
* Active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or BCBA in the state of New York.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
* Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
* Strong knowledge of behavioral health interventions, crisis management, and person-centered care.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
