*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
* Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services.
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans.
* Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
* Build strong relationships with patients to promote long-term health and wellness.

*Requirements*
* Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited program.
* Active Nurse Practitioner license in NY and board certification.
* 1-2 years of NP experience in an outpatient, primary care, or specialty setting.
* Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer._
