RN ICU Clinical Coordinator FT Days at Abrazo Central Hospital summary:

The RN ICU Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing clinical operations in the ICU, leading shared governance initiatives, and guiding nursing staff in their professional development. This role involves participating in audits, providing coaching, and maintaining a high standard of patient care as a clinical leader within the unit. The position requires a BSN-prepared nurse who is committed to teamwork and excellence in clinical practice, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

This position will work every other weekend and some Holidays on a rotating schedule. A BSN prepared nurse is preferred. This nurse should plan to lead shared governance and participate in the Clinical ladder program. This position may preform audits, coach peers, and is expected to be a clinical leader on the unit at all times.
