Position Title: Maintenance Technician Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (may include weekend overtime)
Pay Rate: $18-$25 per hour
Job Description: The Maintenance Technician role involves performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain and repair building systems, manufacturing equipment, and facility infrastructure. Responsibilities include:
- Building Systems Maintenance:
- Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and structural components.
- Conducting routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and responding to repair requests.
- Performing carpentry, painting, and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance:
- Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and repairing machinery to minimize downtime.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Managing work orders.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Job Requirements: - General maintenance experience (residential or industrial).
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
- Familiarity with safety standards and building codes is preferred.
