Job Title: Travel RN

Traveling registered nurses (RNs) are required for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and rehabilitation centers in St. Albans, VT.

About the Role

This travel contract opportunity offers a $2450 weekly pay rate, with taxable pay of $1204 and non-taxable pay of $1246.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Delegate patient care tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs), supporting their roles effectively.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and guide care planning.
• Collaborate with your nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to create impactful care plans.

Educational Requirements

• RN license in good standing
• BLS through American Heart Association
• Provide verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company policy
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing
