Experience with Optimal Dynamics or similar load optimization software is a plus.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.Ability to analyze complex data and make real-time, high-impact decisions.Excellent strong communication skills to work effectively across departments.A college degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
