Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
1. Inventory Management

• Identify issues with inventory and communicate with responsible parties.
• Monitor accurate inventory levels and report out to leadership team.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Daily read across with operations regarding inventory issues

2. Data Entry and Reporting

• Record inventory transactions in the system (e.g., receiving, transfers, adjustments).
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and issues.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the inventory system.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.

3. Stock Reconciliation

• Reconcile inventory levels between different locations or departments.
• Coordinate with finance and warehouse teams to ensure accurate reporting.

4. Quality Assurance

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory.

5. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in inventory management and propose solutions.
• Implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce errors.

6. Communication and Collaboration

• Work closely with production staff, procurement, and production teams.
• Communicate inventory-related issues to relevant departments.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with management team regarding audit results and accuracy.

7. Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for inventory handling.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• 80% Standing and walking, 20% Sitting
• Physically fit and able to lift 25 - 35 pounds
• Must stand 8+ hours a day

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:

• Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift License. (preferred)
• Valid driver's license.

Pay range: $27.11 - $30.03 per hour
