Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Midlevel to Senior Litigation Associate to join its team in the San Francisco or Los Angeles office. This role involves representing a diverse range of businesses and individuals in both federal and state court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution venues. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in complex business litigation matters while working alongside a collaborative and highly skilled team of attorneys!

Key Qualifications:

• Litigation Experience: 4-6 years of experience in handling sophisticated business litigation, with at least two years in a litigation role at a law firm.
• Advocacy Skills: Excellent written and oral advocacy capabilities.
• Case Management: Proven ability to manage large and complex litigation matters.
• Bar Admission: Active membership in the California State Bar is required.
• Academic Credentials: The group requires strong credentials from a Top 25 law school.
