Job DetailsLawyer in Good Standing to practice law in Illinois state5+ years of pre-litigation experience ideally in personal injury casesExcellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury casesStrong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondenceBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
