Position Description

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the legal world? Join our dynamic legal team and be at the forefront of a wide range of exciting legal initiatives. From corporate governance and SEC compliance to contract administration and litigation, you'll be involved in every aspect of our legal operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various business functions and senior management, both internationally and domestically.

Key Responsibilities

Be a Key Player: Assist in preparing SEC filings and maintaining corporate documents for our subsidiaries.
Manage Equity Programs: Keep track of equity programs and grants for our directors and executives.
Draft and Review Contracts: Work on drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and other legal documents.
Support M&A Deals: Provide crucial support to attorneys on mergers and acquisitions and other high-impact projects.
Litigation Management: Maintain our litigation database and coordinate with internal and external counsel on legal matters.
Financial Oversight: Handle legal department invoices, budget, and E-billing system.
Corporate Records: Maintain minute books and other essential corporate records.
Real Estate Documentation: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of real estate documents.
Contract Database Management: Manage our contract database and assist with vendor contract revisions.
Audit and Litigation Updates: Prepare audit response letters and keep litigation updates current.
Qualifications

Educational Background: Undergraduate degree and paralegal certificate.
Experience: Proven experience with corporate documents and legal software.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Personal Attributes: Strong judgment, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
