Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's business goals and objectives.
2. Oversee all marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution and analysis.
3. Utilize data and analytics to drive strategies, make informed decisions, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
4. Lead the creation and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
5. Develop and manage lead generation initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
6. Oversee our company's online presence, including website, social media, and SEM strategies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketing best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.
9. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and ROI is maximized.
10. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
4. Strong understanding of brand strategy development and execution.
5. Experience with lead generation techniques and strategies.
6. Proficiency in SEM and other digital marketing tools.
7. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
8. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
