This position is for a

GVP of Sales (Fulltime/Perm Role)

based in

La Jolla, CA

with a hybrid work arrangement after initial training. Here's a summary of the role and its requirements:

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute strategies to increase revenue via PTAs and other monetizable elements.Client Prospecting: Identify and engage with business opportunities in privacy-conscious sectors like tech, finance, and crypto.Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships and provide tailored advertising solutions.Market & Competitive Analysis: Research industry trends, demographics, and competitors to enhance the company's positioning and strategy.User Engagement: Contribute to branding, gamification, and user retention strategies.Sales Process Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with attention to detail in contracts and follow-ups.Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:Experience: At least 3 years in digital advertising sales with a proven track record.Execution & Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving, self-motivation, creativity, and multitasking.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical Skills: Proficient with spreadsheets, web tools, email, etc.Analytical: Strong market and client analysis skills.Leadership: Ability to manage a small team (2-4 employees) and work cross-functionally with other departments.

Ideal Candidate:Strong background in digital advertising sales (ad tech experience is a plus).Proven ability to manage relationships and close deals.Comfortable working in a leadership role with both internal teams and external clients.Interested in growing with the company, with potential for career advancement.

Salary & Compensation:Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience).Commission Structure:5% on the first $10K10% up to $20KAdditional commission tiers may apply.
