You’re a strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges while inspiring teams to deliver their best work. Previous experience working with clients in healthcare, technology, and/or retail industries is a plus but not mandatory.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:This Is You NowBay Area local, willing to work in our San Francisco office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).7+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a creative agency setting.Strong understanding of integrated marketing, branding, and digital strategies.Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive successful campaigns from start to finish.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience managing and mentoring teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.Ability to work both strategically and tactically to achieve client objectives.Experience in paid/organic social and influencer marketing.Experience in healthcare, technology, or retail industries is a bonus.Roles & ResponsibilitiesThis is you at Barrett Hofherr:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and creative initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver innovative solutions that meet client goals.Provide clear and actionable feedback to teams to ensure work aligns with client objectives and agency standards.Manage client budgets, ensuring financial accountability and profitability for the agency.Understand the macro goals and micro nuances of the client’s business better than anyone else on the team.Identify opportunities for making great work and proactively present ideas to clients.Support new business initiatives, including pitches and proposals.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.Stay informed on industry trends and insights to bring fresh ideas to client engagements.Who We AreFounded in 2012, Barrett Hofherr is an independent, full-service, creatively-driven advertising agency.
