Job Title: Telemetry Nurse

A travel nursing opportunity is available for a Telemetry nurse at Aureus Medical Group - Nursing.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team as a Telemetry nurse. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Telemetry unit, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, medications, and test results.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Georgia.
• Experience in Telemetry or related field.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support).
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
