Professional Civil Engineering, Planning, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture services for many prestigious developments and governmental agencies throughout Broward, Dade, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.

Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:- 2-10+ years of civil engineering, land development experience, EIT in FL, pursuing PE- AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency; Prefer experience with I.C.P.R. & HydroCAD, A.S.A.D. & Bently Water and Sewer CAD

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Land development design for projects ranging from new construction and redevelopment projects, retail and mixed-use center revitalization and modifications, municipal centers, and parks, prestigious planned-unit developments and residential projects and numerous design surveys for governmental agencies, various schools, and Universities- Perform and check calculations (stormwater management, potable water distribution, sanitary sewer collection & transmission)- Design of land development infrastructure including roadways, water, sewer, & drainage; Prepare specifications & drawings- Prepare and process permits through all applicable agencies through closeout; Deliver project technical documents; Construction Inspection- Interface/attend meetings with clients, engineers, CAD drafters, and other disciplines- Prepare site construction cost estimates; Review, correct, and approve shop drawings and other material specifications
