Find your fit — and your future.The Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion - Global Program Operations will serve as a leadership team member playing a critical role in operationalizing the strategic vision for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. This individual will act as a strategic partner, driving efficiency, collaboration, and alignment across the Talent and D&I pillars while fostering team cohesion and delivering best-in-class talent experiences.This is a unique opportunity for a strategic operations-driven leader to make a significant impact by enabling the success of Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives at the highest level. This role reports to the Chief Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Officer.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Program OperationsAct as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and D&I pillars leaders to translate the Chief TD&I Officer’s strategic vision into actionable initiatives.Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all talent functions.Assist in designing and managing TDI communication frameworks, meeting schedules, and formats to build team cohesion and enhance cross-functional collaboration.Create and manage talent metrics and dashboards to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Standardize and streamline processes and technologies across talent functions, including establishing service-level agreements (SLAs) with key stakeholders, enhancing compliance, and embedding automation opportunities.Conduct audits and reviews of talent programs to ensure alignment with business goals and identify areas for optimization.Oversee TDI budget management and tracking vendors, and partnering with FP&A to forecast as well as optimize resources for cost-effective service delivery.Collaboration and Communication:Partner with talent teams to understand operational needs and provide strategic guidance and support for solutions.Serve as a central hub for all talent-related operational initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment across the TDI pillars.Build and maintain strong relationships with talent teams, HR, and key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate collaboration and drive shared goals.Qualifications:Experience:

8+ years of experience in Talent Operations, HR, Chief of Staff, or a related field, with at least 2 years in strategic program management role.Leadership:

Proven ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.Strategic Thinking:

Demonstrated capability to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.Analytical Skills:

Strong proficiency in managing metrics, dashboards, and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.Operational Excellence:

Track record of streamlining processes, implementing innovative solutions, and improving operational efficiency.Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it to diverse audiences.Collaboration:

Adept at building relationships and fostering collaboration across teams and functions.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PMP) preferred.What Success Looks Like:Improved collaboration and cohesion among TDI teams, fostering greater awareness and alignment of initiatives.Enhanced operational efficiency and effectiveness across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, and D&I functions.Delivery of meaningful talent metrics and insights that guide decision-making and drive strategic outcomes.Streamlined processes that optimize service delivery and elevate the employee experience.Strong, trust-based partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.The expected starting salary range for this role is $165,000- $215,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
