Job Description

Assignment:
  • M-F and needs to be able to provide consistent coverage over a few months
  • Shift times: Weekdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Frequency: Monday - Friday

Details:

  • Setting: Primary Care
  • FTE: Full Time
  • # Providers Needed: 1
  • Duties: Primary Care - General
  • Required Procedures: Not required, whatever the provider feels comfortable with
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Support Staff: RN or LVN on site/own MA
  • Reason for Coverage: Physician retiring.
  • Deal Breakers? not being available M-F and needs to be able to provide consistent coverage over a few months
  • Additional Questions:
  • Admissions per day, Patients per day: Outpatient only, about 16-18 patients per day
