Locums - Hermitage, Tennessee, Emergency Medicine Opening
  • Clinical Role:

    • ASAP
    • Duration: 3 Months - likely 6-9 Months
    • Shift: 6a-2p, 9a-6p,1p-10p,3p-11p,4p-10p,9p-6a
    • Standard ED Schedule
    • 2 FTE MD positions vacant
    • Number of beds? 50
    • Census: 128
    • Patients rounding on per day: 1.95 PPH
    • Daily admissions: 28
    • Level 3 trauma designation
    • Support: ED RN Fully staffed, 32 hours of APP coverage per day
    • Orientation on first day of assignment
    • Common cases Locums will see: C/P, Abd Pain, AMS
    • Annual ER Admissions: 11,286
    • Robots: Tele-Psych and Tele-Neurology
    • EM Physicians typically on staff per shift: 2
    • Board Certified - ABEM required
    • Minimum 3 years' Experience
    • ACLS, ATLS Procedures
