Details For this Opportunity:
-Schedule: days & nights needed. must be available for 4 shifts per month to be considered.
-Shift: 6a-6p, 6p-6a
-Annual Volume: 13,447
-Board Certified ABEM, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
-Licensure: Active IN license is required
-Credentialing: 90-120 days
