• Dates: ASAP-ongoing
• Schedule: 1 week per month, Mon-Fri 8a-430p each month for vacation coverage/time off
• Must see up to 18 clinic patients plus 1-2 inpatient consults a day.
• Typical Cases Seen: breast, lung, colon, prostate, melanoma, lymphoma and heme
• AVG Inpatient per day: 2-3
• AVG Admissions per day: 1
• AVG Consults per day: 2
• AVG Outpatient per day: 16-18
• Meditech is used for inpatient and outpatient
• Will wait for license
• Certifications: DEA, CSR, BC/BE
• 30 day credentialing
• Full privs available
• Minimum 5 years experience
