DESCRIPTION:

• 24-hour call shifts. 7a-7a
• Patients per day: 5-8
• No Clinic Coverage
• Expected timeframe for need: asap - ongoing
• NICU Level: III
• There are FPOB's and Family Practice Residents
• No Circumcisions required

REQUIRED:

• IN state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology
• BLS and NRP/ PALS Preferred
• 100 deliveries in past 24 months
• 25 GYN Cases in the last 12 months
• IN state DEA- Active

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided
