  • Work Dates Needed: ASAC-Ongoing 3 months
  • Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
  • Worksite Setting: Community Health Center
  • Scope of Work: Di agnose and treat diseases/injuries of adult/geriatric patients; acute/chronic medical and health maintenance care/ provide after-hours coverage for urgent health care problems for health center patients on a rotational on-call basis
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MO License, BE or BC, Highly Preferred Medicaid and Medicare credentialed, BLS, BNDD, DEA
  • EMR: EClinical works
  • Credentialing: 30 days
