- Practice Setting: To split time between two Radiation Oncology sites. One is located in Lima (Hospital Outpatient Cancer Center) and the other in Celina (Free-Standing Cancer Center)
- Reason for Coverage: To cover paternity leave for Dr. Michael Bishop
- Call Ratio: N/A
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage: Yes. They will be covering at the opposite location
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25-30 in Lima, 10-12 in Celina
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 1-2 in Lima
- Trauma Level/Designation: 2
- Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
- Documentation System/EMR: Mosaiq/Epic
Required Procedures: 3D Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
