Locum Tenens to Direct-Hire Psychiatrist Job for an Adult Outpatient Full Service Partnership Program in Southern California

Details/Requirements:
Need is for an adult outpatient FSP program for 20 hours a week starting ASAP. Will ONLY consider locums to perm candidates.
100% onsite services, no tele health.
Hours: 8:30am 5pm Monday through Friday, 4 hours a day flexible re: which 4 hours each day as long as it s between 8:30am and 5pm.
No call for locums. For the permanent position, there could potentially be call and it be would infrequent after hours call for emergencies.
One hour for initial evaluations and 30 minutes for medication follow ups.
Will see an average of approximately 5 patients per day in a 4-hour day.
Prefers board certification but board eligible is also accepted.
Requires a 3-month minimum locum tenens trial period.
Electronic health record, so you must be computer savvy.
Takes approximately 2-4 weeks for credentialing.
