Occupational Medicine Locums Job in Colorado ASAP Start Through May

Schedule for Assignment :
8am-5pm with an hour unpaid lunch (12pm-1pm)
Site needs one day every 1st and 3rd week of the month and 2 days every 2nd and 4th week of the month.

Details/Requirements:
Board Certified Occupational Medicine - required
Active Colorado license - required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
Active BLS - required for credentialing
Active DEA - required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
Level 2 Certified - required
Local, drive in candidates - highly preferred
Clean MP/Background required
Setting: Clinic, Outpatient
Days per month: 6
Required Procedures: Level 2 workers comp cert, DOT physicals, impairment ratings, and m164
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: NP/PA, MA
Reason for Coverage: Recruiting to replace a termed physician
Must have work comp experience. Dot examiner strongly preferred.
Patient Demographic: Adult
Census/Admissions: 10-12
