Schedule

• Mon-Fri, 8a-5p - Clinic or OR
• 24 hour call on weekends and after hours call during the week
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 10

Clinical Details

• Support ambulatory clinic, perform OR procedures, and support hospital call and emergent needs
• Clinic: 18-22 patients per day
• Adults only - no Peds
• Cystoscopy in Office and procedures in OR

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active IL license
  • Will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates
• Minimum # Year(s) Experience: 1
• DEA and CSR
• ACLS, BLS
• Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR

Call

• 30 minute response time
• Call coverage is for ER and hospital
