Location: SW NM; Mckinley County; Eastern Edge of the Navajo Reservation Start Date: ASAP - as soon as credentialed; Credentialing timeframe is only a few weeks End Date: Ongoing; 3-6 month commitment preferred Schedule: minimum of 7 days (consecutive) per month; prefer at least 2 weeks per month Shifts: There are 3 shifts available: days 8a-8p, swing 10a-10p, nights 8p-8a Requirement:

• Any U.S. active, unrestricted license
• Active DEA license (any state)
• ABEM Certified or truly eligible
• Clean background/malpractice/NPDB
• 2 years experience minimum
• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Must commit to minimum of 7 consecutive days per month
• Must submit updated CV with response to this post
• Must be up to date on all immunizations (including Covid) and medical tests

Malpractice Insurance provided Rate: $240/hour - ALL INCLUSIVE
