Location: Cowlitz County, SW Washington
Setting: Hospital/Inpatient
Schedule/Shifts: Long term, full-time; M-F, 8a-5p, Call one night/week and one weekend/month; rounding is required on Saturday & Sunday while on Call
Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted WA License
• Board Certified
• Clean Washington DEA
• Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB (for the past 10 years)
• Up to date CV
• Commitment of 3 months, but 6 months preferred

Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day
Types of Patients: Adult & Geriatric, very rare consults on Pediatric patients with the ED
