Client seeking Physician for contract assignment in Salt Lake City, UT on October 31, December 24, 26, 27, 31. Hours are Tuesday/Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, physicals, and biometrics. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
