Work Details:
• Support Staff: 1 CMA/LPN assigned daily
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 4 days per week, but will take 3 days if available
• Patients per day: 14-16
• Patient Population/Age: 18+
• Department Description: Endocrinology department in a large multi-specialty clinic providing the following services:
Adult patients = 18
• Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes
• Insulin Resistance
• Insulin pumps
• Continuous glucose monitoring
• Diabetes Technology
• Gestational Diabetes
• Osteoporosis
• Parathyroid disorders
• Thyroid disorders
• Pituitary disorders
• Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
• EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes - endocrinology
• License Required: MN medical license - yes
• DEA: YES - preferred
• Certifications Required: Endocrinology Boards
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
