-Location: Near Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Located across the Delaware River from Philadelphia

-Schedule: 5 days per week (may consider 3-4)

-Shift: Clinic Monday Friday, 8a-5p

-Call: N/A

-Scope: Outpatient, adult only or all ages 3+

Needs for FP, IM or Chief Medical Officer and Nurse Practitioners

-Patient volume: 15-24 per day

-Group: 3 other providers

-EMR: Intergy

-Hospital: FQHC

-Required: Board certified or board eligible with New Jersey license at time of application

Prefer MAT certified
