• Board Certified (Orthopedics)
• Residency must be accredited by ABMS
• 24-hr call coverage when on service at a Level I trauma center
• Ongoing - 6days per month
  • 2x 24/7 call shifts with call back + 3rd 8 hour day to clean up from the call shifts
• Annual ER Volume: 112,000
• EMR: Epic
• Orthopedic Surgical Cases, General Orthopedics, and additional procedures required
• MI License
• Clean malpractice and background
• DEA
