- Patient Volume: 15-20 clinic patients per day and rounding on 2-4 inpatients per day
- Volume approx. 15% IP and 85% OP
- Support Staff: 2 physicians, 2 PAs, 1 NP, a practice manager, 1 RN, 8 front office staff
- Requirements: PA license or IMLC
- Credentialing: expedited can take 2 weeks with clean files
