Locum FM/IM outpatient need for IHS in Fort Defiance, AZ
3-5 weeks to credential
MUST BE BC or truly BE, BLS, DEA and ANY State License
MUST be able to see all ages or teens and up
Avg 20-22 ppd
Monday - Friday (40hr week)
3 - 6 month long contracts
Onsite housing is currently slim for locums , may need to live in Gallup and commute if it is not available. If provided on site . No pets or significant others, shared, male/male and female/female.

We currently have 3 FM physicians working here and multiple other specialties working here.
