- Date: ASAP - ongoing
- Full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery
- Trauma level 1
- Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day 4-5 times per week
- Routine ambulatory OMFS includes, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, biopsies, third molar surgery, expose and bond impacted teeth
- Capable of performing IV sedations in the office setting
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: PA license (Dental and Anes), Valid DEA, BLS, PALS, ACLS, BC/BE
- Credentialing: 60-90 days, em/temps granted
