Job Description:
Coverage: ASAP-Ongoing
Practice Setting: Outpatient, O/R, Inpatient, Clinic, Rounds
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Minimum 60 days
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
MUST NOTATE ALL IN THE NAME CLEARS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
- PALS - Required
- Active OH license - Required (will accept providers willing to obtain)
Peds Fellowship preferred
