Schedule: Looking for a provider to work M-F 8a - 5p in the clinic. Site would like a provider that can see ALL AGES.
The site needs someone that can start the week of the 4/4, and can commit to 3 months.
Once credentialing receives a complete package, please allow 21 days for credentialing to be completed.
Epic training is required and cannot be completed until credentialing is complete. All shifts are projected/targeted start times, all contingent on the completion of credentialing.
