• Location: West of Cedar Rapids,IA
• Facility: 875 bed facility
• Coverage Dates: ASAP ongoing
• Schedule/hours: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm, Very light call (1:5)
• Patient volume: Avg 20 patients per day in clinic, 1 in the hospital
• Practice details: 4 other physicians, 18 RNs, 9 MAs
• Board Certification: Active IA license, Board Certified - REQUIRED
