LOCUM POSITION DETAILS

DETAILS: Oahu has a long-term locum to perm; Maui has two openings for C & A and Adult all Outpatient needs.

• Outpatient - available statewide. City and Rural sites.
• Inpatient, with option for call.
• Comprehensive recovery-based treatment - severe to persistent cases.
• Commitments open to: Locum and Locum to Perm, Part-time and Full-time.
• Average patient daily census: 14-18 Amongst services include case management, ACT teams, support employment, and rehabilitation programs.
• EMR: Avatar

RATE: All-Inclusive Rate - Physician to cover for their own travel and lodging.

REQUIRED:

• HI License active, unrestricted. Welcoming IMLC.
• Will consider IMLC. - Full-time (especially for) Oahu or Kauai (forecasted to open).
• DEA required (for duration of assignment). BLS - willing to obtain.
• Board Certification - Psychiatry; BE is acceptable (within 3-5 yrs of training/residency).

Note: Locums considering perm - priority.

• Minimum: 6-month contract. Willing to extend/renew. Open to transitioning to permanent placement.
• Benefits to go permanent include: 21 days of paid vacation per year, 21 paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, etc.

SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri, 8-5pm with lunch. No call. And there can be evenings and weekends on Maui available. All onsite!

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Will move quickly through privileging for clean malpractice + responsive candidate.
