• Day shifts:
  • 11am - 9pm
• Evening shifts:
  • 2pm - 12am
  • 4pm-2am
  • 7pm - 5am
  • 12pm-12am
• Will give emergency privileges for physicians with clean malpractice/background
• Must be open to working at both sites

Clinical Details

• Coverage typically needed at two sites, but will only work at one site per shift
  • Site 1 has 21000 yearly visits and 15 beds in the unit
  • Site 2 has 40000 yearly visits and 30 beds in the unit; this is a Level II Trauma Center

Requirements

• Active NY License
• NY DEA
• Board Certified
