Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Total Joint Surgeon to join our growing team in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate must be BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment ensuring a balanced workload and rewarding experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of orthopedic disorders
• Perform joint replacement surgeries with precision and patient-centered care
• Provide post-surgical follow-up care and rehabilitation oversight
• Participate in 1:5 call coverage (referred patients only)
• Collaborate with a team of skilled surgeons and support staff

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery with Total Joint fellowship training
• Mississippi Medical License (or eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for high-quality patient care
