Opportunity:

• Looking for an Invasive Cardiologist to cover the next 3-6 months with possible extension
• 1-2 weeks coverage per month (Mon-Sun days on site with night telephonic call and come in as needed)
• Weekends needed
• Call Ratio: 1:4
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: approx 6-12 per day total/with APP support
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level One
• Number of ICU Beds: 64 total 32 medical/32 cardiac
• Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: approx 30
• Will Other Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage? Yes
• Documentation System/EMR - Epic -
• Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed

Required Procedures:

• Non-Invasive Procedures: Echocardiography,Electrical Cardioversions,Electrocardiograms (EKGs),Treadmill Stress Tests,Chemical Stress Tests
• Invasive Procedures: Angioplasty and Stenting,Embolic Protection,Balloon Angioplasty,Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI),Temp pacemakers/balloon pump

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
