This contract position offers:

Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry
- Graduated from a college or university approved by the Accreditation Council on Optometric Education (ACOE) of the American Optometric Association.
- Possess at least 1 year post graduate experience as an Optometrist within the preceding 2 years.
- Current, full, active and unrestricted license in any state
