• Location: 1 hour from Indianapolis, IN.
• Facility: 53 bed department using Cerner, EMR.
• Coverage needed: Outpatient only. No Call.
• Practice Details:Patients per shift 15-20. Required: Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Catheterization lab, General Surgery, Lab, Neuro-Surgery, OR response time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, Vascular surgery. Not required: No newborn deliveries received in the ER.
• Trauma level: 2; no support staff.
• Must be Board Certified/Eligible and have active license in SC
• CPR Certifications Required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, ABEM
• Must be Board Certified/Eligible, licensed in IN or IMLC
