In this position, you will be responsible for managing home care schedules for our clients while also providing onboarding support to our Administrator and RN
Our perfect person is BILINGUAL, great with computers and iphones, talks effectively with other team members to cover the care schedule for the weekend.
- Ensure that caregivers are matched with clients based on compatibility, skills, and availability.
- Manage and update the scheduling system to reflect changes in client care plans, caregiver availability, and other relevant factors. We use Wellsky
Answering Phones and delegating
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, caregivers, and family members regarding schedules, changes, and any issues that may arise.
- Respond to client and caregiver inquiries promptly
- Address scheduling conflicts and emergencies by finding suitable replacements or adjusting schedules as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of any changes or updates to all parties involved.
- Recruitment and Onboarding Assistance to our RN and Administrator
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, certifications, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Previous experience in home care scheduling or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of computers and smart phones
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable Transportation to get to work
- A stable personal life so you dont need to call out often.
