This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a team of HVAC professionals, while also driving exceptional customer service and business growth. We are an established commercial HVAC service contractor seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our Phoenix Branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management, scheduling, and asset management
• Management of costs, billings, and collections
• Maintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flow
• Evaluate contractual scope of work
• Analyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectively
• Performs cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiations
• Manage and mitigate financial risks

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC service management or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in HVAC and B2B sales preferred.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively.
