Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

About the Role:

The ICU/Critical Care Nurse (RN) will possess the skills needed to manage the care of adult patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions.

  • Patient Care: Provide compassionate care to critically ill patients, including education and support to families
  • Equipment Management: Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes
  • Monitoring and Assessment: Observe patient heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration for signs of distress
  • Medication Administration: Administer medication, IVs, and insert catheters as needed
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
  • Emergency Procedures: Participate in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patient condition
